 The Maryland State Yo-Yo Contest will be held on Saturday, March 21st, 2009 at the Perryville Elementary School in Perryville MD. This contest is open to all ages and is officially sanctioned by the National Yo-yo League and the American Yo-yo Association.   This year's judges are "The Mighty" Tressley Cahill, A.J. "The Bus Driver" Kirk, and "Iron Man" Jake Bullock. The contest will be emceed by Tom "Hollywood" Uleau.
This year's divisions are sport ladder, single A and the open division. The winner of the single A division will be seeded directly into the finals at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Yo-Yo Contest to be held in Wilmington Delaware later this year.
